Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and dispatched from our fulfillment partners.

We offer worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery time is 6–15 business days, depending on your location.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors
- Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
All orders include tracked shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
4. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Elloni is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information:
- The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs
- Refunds may not include original shipping fees
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Elloni is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. International Shipping
As a dropshipping store, your order may be shipped from international warehouses.
This may result in:
- Separate packages for multiple items
- Slight variations in packaging
